Due to the nature of prescription medications, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on medical solutions. Please see our Terms of Use for more information.

Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription, you'll be billed every 90 days by default, you can update this frequency as needed in your XYON account. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged prior to each delivery, unless it has already been paid in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

If you are prescribed a compounded medicine through the XYON platform, it will be fulfilled by one of XYON's partnered compounding pharmacies for fulfillment. You can pause or cancel your subscription in your XYON account at any time. Login to your XYON account to manage your upcoming orders and payments.
